Prices and Payments

The technical characteristics, design, operation and other details of the products described in are from the manufacturers or distributors of the products themselves. The prices that appear on have 21% VAT INCLUDED. Payment in Euros should be made as indicated in the order form. Payments can be made through the following options:

- Deposited into an account or by bank transfer (indicating order, invoice, or delivery note number). No price increase applies.

- Payment by credit card through TPV Virtual Banco Popular. No price increase applies.

- Payment through PayPal platform. A price increase of 3.4% over the total plus 0.35€ applies.

Delivery terms and product availability

- the term for the exercise of this right is 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product or from the conclusion of the contract if it is service provision, without penalties for its exercise;

- the consumer must be refunded the total amount of the purchase, that is, the price of the product plus the shipping costs;

- the exercise of this right may not be subject to any formality, so the consumer may be required to return the product in perfect condition without limiting the use of the product (provided that it does not go beyond the mere verification of the good condition and operation thereof).

On the other hand, the consumer will have to pay the shipping costs of the return of the goods when the consumer has previously been informed of it.


Shipping costs

Shipping costs are free for orders with deliveries within the peninsular territory of Spain and Portugal, if the total is greater than or equal to 30€. For shipments to Ceuta, Melilla, the Canary Islands, the Balearic Islands, or any country outside of Spain, the shipping costs will be valued and budgeted for the acceptation of the customer if necessary. The shipping costs for orders under 30€ and for orders sent outside the mainland will be valued according to their weight, volume, and destination, before confirming the order. Shipping costs can vary between 5€ and 104€ depending on their weight/volume/destination. Any other shipping expenses derived from customs must be paid by the customer.

Shipping and delivery conditions

The lack of a claim made in a reliable manner within the maximum time limit that follows the receipt of the goods signifies the customer’s agreement with the quantity, quality, condition and price of the merchandise indicated in the delivery notes and invoices. After said time limit has elapsed, claims will not be accepted.

- In the event of defective merchandise, the seller must proceed, as appropriate, to repair, replace, or reduce the price of the merchandise, or terminate the contract, steps which will be free for the customer.
